Hi,
How did you resolved the issue? I am planning to use it as a sandbox and will install everything in one server. I have configured self signed certificate and in db it looks SSL encrypted however I am not able to go through with the installation. Do you have any idea?

Hello,
Follow below steps. It may resolve your issue.
· Open SQL Server 2019 Configuration Manager · SQL Browser Service – Ensure the SQL Browser Service on the SQL Server is enabled to allow for a SQL Instance to be found. For SQL Server Express this service is typically disabled by default. · Enabling TCP/IP Connectivity – Where remote connectivity is required for SQL, check that TCP/IP connectivity is enabled for the SQL Instance. Microsoft provide articles specific to each version of SQL that provide instructions to Enable the TCP/IP Network Protocol for SQL Server. |

Hi Abhishek,
Were you able to resolve the issue? If yes, please share your resolution. I'm facing the same error during the Authentication Server SQL Connection step.
I followed the steps for Hub installation in the BluePrism Learning Portal (https://blue-prism.docebosaas.com/learn/course/16964/play/37486/install-hub).
I have followed the steps suggested by @Ram Prasad Gajula

Hi Amrutha,
If you are installing HUB 4.7, you may need to create a self-signed certificate for SQL server to interact with HUB.

Hi Ram,
I generated self signed certificates and copied to Web server. Followed the steps as in the documentation. I'm still unable to make a connection with the SQL server from my web server.
I have installed the SQL server Express and BluePrism in my local machine and the message broker, IIS, .NET framework, and trying to install hub as well in the same web server. Do you have any thoughts on why it is happening?
Highlighted in yellow is the sql server self signed certificate and blue highlighted is the website certificates in the Web Server running in Windows Server 2022.
