Is there any way to create a process that can fetch the details what processes are run on that server and their execution status along with their case details, also the upcoming schedules on that server.
Other than querying the DB directly (which is not recommended for security and safety reasons) there is no way to extract that information. There are schedule reports that you can generate however.
