Depending on what you are doing after scrolling - An alternative strategy I like is to; send CTRL+F then validate the find toolbar has appeared, then search for the label or text for the element you are looking to interact with.
I find if I need to input text into a text box but don't want to send time searching the screen for it after scrolling is to send CTRL+F then send the label of the text box, then press ESC then TAB. Most of the time this lands my input cursor with the text box I want to write text too.
Might be worth exploring methods like this.
