I recommend you engage with a solution designer to discuss in depth the technologies and use cases related to your requirements. Your solution cannot have real time engagement between your virtual workforce and your messaging/chatbot solution - because that would not scale (Robots are not just sat there dedicated to individual resource requests). Your design instead needs to concentrate on hand offs between components of your solutions - how do you get work requests from your chatbot solution into a Blue Prism work queue.
