We don't explicitly state support for specific applications such as "GuideWire" (with a few notable exceptions where we have had to build in specific support, i.e. the VBOs for the MS Office suite). However, the Blue Prism software provides methods for interacting with a variety of application types through a range of methods from in-depth interactions at a code level, to element identification, and to picture, color and text identification methods. We don't currently offer anything ready-made nor out-of-the-box for "GuideWire" (like a VBO), but you should be able to build business objects in the course of integrating with this application for the eventual automating of this type of process.
Also, in looking through the Digital Exchange it doesn't appear that we offer an Asset/Connector/VBO for 'GuideWire' just yet: https://digitalexchange.blueprism.com/dx/search?keyword=guidewire

While we don't currently offer a component/utility to assist with this directly, I would recommend posting your detailed requirements for this type of process here in the Community to see if other experienced Blue Prism developers have automated this application before and could share their best-practice advice (or even samples of their work).
