LDAP Connection Problems

Hello there. So i just wanted to clarefy a problem that's happening on this interact version. To make sure you understand the problem.

1 - This is an AD group on BP. as you can see i am (...) inside of the AD group .... 


Now when i set up de LDAP settings with the same query but without de AD group like CN=...i can find my self but when i press "save" i get 0 results

If you look at your IMS logs, do you see any "user parse" or other errors?

Make sure that each user has the required attributes e.g. email, userprinciplename

Hi Joao, the IMS logs can be found on your Interact server at the default location: C:\Program Files(x86)\Blue Prism\IMS\Logs_IMS
