Hello Alpesh Shinde,
As you mentioned, the error message 0x802 typically means that your license has already been activated.
We're seeing this, even when the activation key hasn't been used within the application.
The simplest thing may be to request a new Blue Prism Learning Edition license. The learning licenses are time limited but as I type this, you can request another before your license expires.
