Learning license activation on portal

Hi,

I am uploading the learning license key received on email in blue prism application. And it generates a code to copy on portal. When I copied this code and clicked on Submit it gives an error message Error code 0x80". I learnt that this error means the license is used. So, I logged in to Blue Prism and went to System tab. It has an option to check license and generate a new code. I generated a new code to be uploaded to postal to generate the key. But I get the same error for each key that I try to generate. Could you please check this?

Hello Alpesh Shinde,

 

As you mentioned, the error message 0x802 typically means that your license has already been activated.

 

We're seeing this, even when the activation key hasn't been used within the application.

 

The simplest thing may be to request a new Blue Prism Learning Edition license.  The learning licenses are time limited but as I type this, you can request another before your license expires.
