Is there any limit on the number of credentials we can create in Credential Manger ?
For eg , for a particular process , business needs to maintain 1000 credentials and we create the same in credential manager will there be any negative impact or disadvantage ?

This is a similar query to what another person had. They wanted to know how to batch input credentials in blue prism.
Unless you fancy diving into th database then there isn't this kind of functionality available. You will have to manually create the credentials.

There should be no problem with a large number of credentials, but I am intreagued by your need for 1000 credentials for a single process! I can only see that being required if your solution required something along the longs of 100 robots and interfaced with 10 systems?
The credentials can only be entered into the Blue Prism System UI. Automatic updating of the passwords would be done by creating password change processes for each application and using the Internal Work Queues object to generate and set new passwords.

Hi Priya,
Creating 1000 credentials is not a problem and for maintaining them ,i.e updating can be easily done;Create a process using the Credential utility action ""set credentials"".
For more on this ,reach out to me.
