Firstly, I would recommend that you discuss your use case with advisory contacts (Trusted Advisor or Delivery Enablement Manager) at Blue Prism.
From past experience Blue Prism strongly recommends against desktop automation, where applications are automated on a users desktops and users potentially interact with the automation at run time. The Digital Workforce which we sell is for a seperate virtual team, and rather than building a desktop automation you need to be designing handoffos to/from tat virtual team who will do the work required seperately.
