Process stopped license not released

Hi, question regarding the licenses. Is it possible, that process is stopped in controll room and license is not released? Thx for answer.

The license controls how many process can run in CR at the same time.

Thanks John. So my question is, if I will have only one process allowed to be running in controll room and the process will be stopped in CR, is it somehow possible the next process will not start?

If you have a license for 10 robots it means you can run up to 10 processes at the same time. If you try to run an 11th process you will get an error. But if the 10th process stops (and you are down to 9 running processes) then you should be able to run another.
