roubleshooting Data Gateways KB documentation to see if your problem is listed there with a provided solution/workaround, as well as the
Data Gateways product documentation (including the
"Troubleshooting" section).
If you're unable to find your problem outlined in the links above, some useful information for determining the problem to help with troubleshooting the issue would be:
- Any errors seen in the UI and/or logs (i.e. Blue Prism logs, Event Viewer logs, etc.)
- Relevant version information for all products involved
- Troubleshooting steps tried so far
