Troubleshooting a scenario like this may be better addressed in a Support ticket, but we would suggest as a first step to ensure Java Access Bridge connectivity has been tested outside of Blue Prism and a supported version of Java (with matching bit-ness, i.e. 32-bit Java/32-bit application) is in use in this environment.
