SMTP Email Body - Paragraph Spacing not working

We are sending an e-mail with the SMTP server. Everything works well except for the Paragraph spacing in the e-mail body as it all arrives as plain text with no spacing even though we have the NewLine() formula in quite a few places inside the Multiline editor for the input parameter. Any help?
