Schedular does not work, maybe broken app server connection

Hi community,
I have setup Blue Prism production environment and want to do a final test by creating a schedule that runs a process on resource VM. However, somehow the schedule does not execute and I am completely lost on why.
It seems to me that something is up with the connection. When I compare it to the acceptance environment, there is always 1 active connection, the one with the ip of the app server. Yet in below screenshot of production there is 0 active connections, but I do not now why. In the beginning it says that it is connected to prd bp server...

Any ideas or suggestions on where to look? Did I miss something with installation? And would this indeed be the reason that scheduling doens't work? Hope you can help.

​Hi Nanne,

Check if port 8181 is open between app-server and the runtime resource. also check if your resource is showing as 'Yes-Connected' to application server IC.
you can also check why schedules are getting triggered by looking at the recent activity under reports on Interactive client
