Scheduler Issue in Version 4.1.24

I am trying to run my Process in scheduler.It is showing error as "Resource is offline: Retried for 10 times" in Scheduled Process View Log. And i verified My Resource PC it is Connected in Task Bar,Still it is showing same error for all Scheduled Process in different Resource PC .Please povide me solution to solve this issue.Please find the attachement for the Issue

Restart the resource..may be it will work after restarting

Make sure you have mapped the IP address to a hostname in the hosts file

Thanks Tom ,it is right, Host Name is not matching with Dev Environment Server hostname .When i tried the same process in Prod environment it is working, their host name is same with blue prism sever host name @Ian compare the host name of system and Blue Prism host name, if it is same then Scheduler might work.

we are facing the same issue in BP 5.0.24 version, we mapped IP to hostname in the resource PC, do we need to do it in client and APP server as well? is there any other solution for this issue?
