Sharepoint online and data processing? Input and experiences wanted!

Hello all!
I hope to get your thought on the following:

Our company is moving from on premise network data storage, to sharepoint online.

All our data processing is done on the local network drives right now.
Everything is fast, easy and reliable here.

I have my concerns about sharepoint online.
- What will it take for me to interact with files on sharepoint online, in a way similar to how it is handled on the network drive.
- Will I have to use an API in order to interact with files, or is there another way that I have yet to discover?

We may have the option of maintaining a network drive for handling files for our RPA processes. If you were in this situation, would you prefer network drives or sharepoint online?

I look forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback.

Best regards,
Mats

Hi Mukesh!

I've actually followed this method and I'm able to create folder in OneDrive by just creating it locally inside the OneDrive folder path. My only issue currently is that I need to COPY LINK of the folder in my Local Window Explorer. Are there any other workarounds.

Hi Mukesh!

I've synced my files in OneDrive to my local Windows Explorer. For each of the folders, I've  an unique email address to give each of the folders an access to. How can I do this using Blueprism for synced files cause currently my organization don't allow to use Grpah API. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks!
