Whenever we try to login using "Sign in using your configured service provider" the blue prism application crashes. It's not showing any error. Anyone knows how to fix this?
Hi Henry, thanks for replying. So the version is 6.10.1 BP. Issue is that when we click the button “Sign in using your configured service provider” on blue prism login page it will load for a while then the blue prism will just crash and close. We are using that function cause we want to use the authentication gateway of blue prism.
I would suggest you to log a ticket with support if you have not heard from anyone , though this seemed an issue with configuration of 3rd party Authentication.
