Hi,
Processes worked in UAT env are not working in PROD env. process got strucked while clicking the button. Button was spied using AA mode.
Could anyone faced this issue? It would be helpful if you share your solution.

I would need to know more about the error you are having to be able to give advice.
The most common reasons for things working in UAT and not in Production are:
- Wait stages not configured according to best practice
- Production environment not persistant and consistant with screen lock disabled
- Differences between development and production environments (different applciation versions etc).
