Sticky keys on VNC

Hi all,   I am using a windows server 2012 R2 as a resource. Currently I am testing a new process using VNC (version 6.17.1113) to view the process. The bot seems to have issues when downloading an Excel file from a third party website. When it tries to handle the save pop-up (created in a separate BO) it somehow activates a "Sticky Key" function even though we deactivated the Sticky Keys on the resource. Activating this function makes the bot enter wrongful information in the "File Name" field which leads to the file not being saved, and the process to stop. When taking over control of the resource after the bot crashed "Sticky Keys" is activated. When monitoring it I noticed that the function is automatically deactivated after 1 - 2 minutes.   Does anyone has a solution for this issue?    Regards, Niek

Could you paste the file path rather than type it? Or disable sticky keys?

Hi Niekveltman We experienced similar issues, our issue was that we couldn't spy the ""save as"" dialogue box properly, but you seem to have solved that part. But nevertheless we chose instead to open the excel file and save it via the ""Save current workbook as"" in the ""MS Excel VBO"". If you choose this approach, make sure that you have an action that calls the ""MS Excel VBO"" action ""launch"" before pressing the open excel file in the browser and then call the ""MS Excel VBO"" action ""attach"" after pressing the open excel file in the browser - otherwise you cannot properly connect to and attach to the excel file, especially if you want to alter the excel file.
