Hi,
I have scheduled a BOT so that it will trigger for every 15 minutes for 24/7.
Once or Twice in a day I am getting an error during GET Mail action in outlook VBO in BP6.9 -
"Internal: Could not execute code stage because exception thrown by code stage: The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable."
Can anyone suggest how to handle this kind of error.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Vinod,
I suggest checking the session log and Windows Application and Blue Prism event log to determine what error message is there before this issue occurs.
It can be related to the Active X or RPC error. However, you need to check the log to make sure what is the cause of this issue.

Hi Hossein Azimi,
Thanks for your suggestions.
As per http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff710472(v=ws.10).aspx , the value of AllowRemoteRPC registry is 1. There is no change in the value.
I want to update you that I resolved the above mentioned issue by using "kill process, start process, wait process" actions for outlook before Get mail action. Its been 10 days I haven't received any error regarding "remote Server machine". I have to wait for more days to confirm that its a permanent solution.
But now a days I am getting an error "cannot create active X component" during Get mail action once or twice in a week.
And Outlook programmatic access option is resetting every once in a week.
I have tried all the solutions available from Blue prism community and internet. apart from changing registry for security of outlook. (thinking of not a best practice to change registry regarding security)
Can you suggest any other solution for above mentioned issue.
Thanks in advance
