Hello - Ideally you would be talking through your design options with an experienced mentor/lead that is enabling your team.  The answer is that you would never ""trigger a process direct via email"", that is not how your robotic workforce works because it would be extreamly inefficient to have the maximum number of robots required just sat there waiting for work.   All Blue Prism solution designs need to think about how to get work into a Blue Prism work queue to be managed along with other work loads.  For emails you should have a dedicated mailbox allocated to every process you want to automate, and a polling process that collects work from that mailbox and places it in a work queue to be picked up and worked when a robot is available to work it.

If you're running Outlook, you could write a macro to monitor a mailbox, parse any incoming email and save the contents to an Excel spreadsheet. Blue Prism can then monitor a directory for new files instead. Somewhat roundabout, and not strictly a BP solution, but it'll get it done.
