Trouble signing into Blue Prism

Hi guys,I am currently having trouble signing into the Blue Prism Trial Product.They are not accepting my username and password.

If this is a new install of Blue Prism have you tried the default login (admin / password)?

If this is first time you are accessing BP after creating the new database (Local Copy) , Please use "admin/admin" as credentials. It will prompt you to change your password once you login.

What is the default admin and password and what kind of credentials should I use in order to sign in?

Hi Eric, could you tell me exactly what should I use as credentials? What is the default login/password by the way?

All my email, username and password work when signing into portal but why doesn't it work when I sign into the product?

Could you help me with a step by step guidance.

Tried using Admin/admin but it did not work out and got the same problem.
