Do you see this issue when running your process from Process Studio or only when running it from Control Room? Do you have admin rights on this machine? If not, can you try logging in using an account with admin rights and test it again? Additionally, do you have access to a machine with the 32-bit version of Word installed? I'm wondering if that's the issue. I'm running
Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14131.20278) 32-bit with no issues.
