Unable to spy elements on Access UI

Are there any references on how to spy elements on Access UI forms? We are unable to identify the elements uniquely on the form .. Appreciate any response on how to overcome this issue or the limitation with the spying on Access UI.

If you are interfacing with an Access database, I would recommend using the OLEDB object rather than the Access gui.
