Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application

Hi all, Randomly I keep getting the error "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application". Most of the time the title is Microsoft.Net Framework or the name of the process I am running. Once this error occurs, the only thing I can do is shut down Blueprism. I am running my process on VMs and am subject to GP updates every 90 minutes and also some Antivirus scans. I believe that for some reason we must be loosing a connection to the DB. Has anyone else encountered this problem and if were you able to resolve it. Any ideas or suggestions would help a lot as I am quickly running out of ideas.

Your first point of call is to evaluate what the different logs are telling you.  Turn on all logging on the resources running the solution (only temporarily - we don't want your database to fill) and recreate the issue a number of times - does the session log show a pattern, such as the issue always occuring at the same place?  The other place to look are in the Windows Event Logs where this unhandled exception is occuring is that giving you any clues. Also, ensure you have the correct bit version of Blue Prism installed for your environment (32/64) and you are using the correct application navigator mode for your application.
