Update work queue status

Hi Can we update the status and tags of queue item which has already been marked completed or marked exception?

I'm not sure - have you tried?  I'm fairly sure you cannot update the status (I think the item needs to be locked for that) but I am not sure about the tag.  Use get report data to retrieve the GUIDs IDs for the queue items you are interested in and see if you can write a tag to one of them.
