Utility - Email-POP3/SMTP VBO sending message failure

Hi, all.

We want to send SMTP email to a certain email address using the POP3/SMTP VBO but it's failing.
It works when we set "To" to other domain such as gmail.com but it fails when it's set to customer's domain name such as "dsrpa2@idongsung.com". The IT guy from the customer says there is not a specific setting from their side for the domain.

Can anyone let us know why it's not working or what to look into?

Hi HongJoo,

This error could mean that there is an authentication problem accessing the SMTP Server Specified under the 'Configure' stage. As your screenshot shows that credentials have been entered and you're still receiving this "Authentication Required" error, this could possibly be because the credentials themselves are incorrect. However, it would be useful to get a translation of the actual error message text prior to this error message so we could get a better idea of what the error is related to.
