We just got pushed KB4499164Â this morning. In our environment, we're running JRE7u6 to work with an older version of Oracle. Since the update, we haven't been able to get JAB to register anything. AA still works just fine, and I can verify that BP is attaching to the proper application instance. I've since reinstalled Java and JAB (just as something to rule out after the JRE reinstall didn't solve it, even though it shouldn't be needed) to no avail.
Just wanted to see if the collective had any troubleshooting suggestions. Thankfully our bots on Server 2008 are still working fine.
