When I am logging out from RR manually or using login agent, the RR's are showing as offline state in controller.
it does not show the 'key monitor screen icon'.
Proceed to login manually and check the Event Viewer logs in RR and realized there is a 'Warning' logs for Login Agent application indicating "Process exited with exit code:1". Anyone knows what does code 1 represents?
How to resolve this issue.?
This is happening in Prod Env. we are using BP V6.9
Scheduler is running past one month, but we haven't got this kind of issue. As RR's are Offline state scheduler is not working.
Thanks in advance

Hi Vinod,
I would recommend enabling logging for login agent on one of the runtime resources as detailed in the Login Agent - User Guide which can be found on the portal https://portal.blueprism.com/documents/standard this will provide you with more information about the error. I would then raise this as a support request so our team can investigate further.

Hi Chris,
The Issue was resolved. The root cause of error is Login Agent Credentials were expired. By default the credentials valid for one month.
Now I extended username and password validity and it solved my problem.
Thanks for your suggestion.
