Work Queue - Environment Locks

Has anyone had any luck finding documentation on how to effective utilize the environment locks? Or have any tips/tricks?

Hello, Clavign   For documentation, the environment is briefly introduced in ""Solution Design"" document. I think you would better of download the process template and look at how the environment lock works (I found it much more clearer to understand).   Regards, Met Vonghiran
