differences between UIA mode and AA mode in blueprism?

Can any explain what is the difference between UIA mode and AA mode in Blueprism?

To talk about difference between UIA mode and AA mode
UIA- it is user interface automation mode
this mode basically use for identify the  complex element when any other mode not work
But it very slower than any AA mode

AA- active accessibility mode is faster than UIA 

Depending upon requirements you can use any one

Is UIA capable of spying invisible elements?
