odbc connection to oracle

Hi,
Anyone out there successfully able to create a validation list with an odbc connection into an oracle database?

I've installed the odbc drivers and can successfully connect to an oracle db via sqlplus.

But I'm getting an error when attempting to connect via decipher.

My connection string:
Driver={Oracle in instantclient_19_9};Server=servername.sanmina-sci.com:1531;Database=osp1;Uid=username;Password=password;

Error message
Could not connect: Unable to validate the connection string. Reason: ERROR [HY000] [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error

What would the correct connection string be? Or is there some setup step I missed?
