user segregation in v6.0 or v6.3

If I remember correctly user segregation was introduced in 6.0, yet I'm seeing this being advertised as a 6.3 feature.   Can someone confirm the difference between the capabilities in 6.0 and 6.3, I cant find the docs anywhere,   Kind Regards Andrew

Your memory is incorrect Andrew, user segregation will be new in 6.3.

John, I know where I saw it , It was in the BP world 2017 slides and this was for 6.0, but called user based permissions see attached, So is user segregation and user based permissions different, or did user based permissions not ever get released into the product as per the slides. Kind regards Andrew
