what does the status "Not Responding" mean

Hi,

I recently got the status "Not Responing" frequently. I've never seen this status before.
If I leave this status for a while, process may return to the "Running" status and continue normally, but sometimes an exception is thrown and the process is terminated.
Please let me know under what conditions this status appears.

Hi,

When your resource pc get close while running the bot that time you will get not responding status in control room.

You have to restart the resource pc and after that bot will show online and you can assign process back.

To avoid this scenario do below things.

I raised support ticket and they said that they do not have any information or document on this status.
I can't come up with anything about it so far.

Thank you for response.
I restart my RR once a day, and these processes had never shown such a status until last week. So I suspect a cause other than the processes.
