Availability to Report from Queue Data

Even though we have capabilities of creating reporting manually through stages and gather queue data one by one, Could it be possible to add capabilities to connect through reporting applications like Tableau directly to the queue data?

Thanks for taking the time to raise an idea.

We provide a capability called "Work Queue analysis" in the product which allows for the periodic snapshotting of work queue metrics within the system - these metrics can then be sent out of the product using our Data Gateways capability to external reporting systems which could include Tableau, provided it has a database and/or external end point that the data can be sent to. More information on both of these topics are available in our online documentation:

Whilst this brings a lot of benefit, the information is at summary level and does not include low level detail about individual queue items. At this time, we aren't planning to introduce capabilities that allow users to export out lower level work queue item data out of the system for reporting purposes.

Based on these updates, and the low number of votes for this idea, I'm going to update this one to Not Planned.
