Calendar not available for date fields in dynamic forms

The ability to choose a date by selecting from a pop-up calendar is not available within dynamic forms.  Date information must be entered manually.  The ability to enter date information in a date field should be available to enter by selecting a date on a pop-up calendar.

Date Picket is being added in UX Builder. The strategy from the Product is that UX Builder will be the unified and the only forms designer eventually for Chorus. To start with towards the end of this year we will be releasing form designing capabilities in UX Builder and then start bridging the gap between other form designers and UX Builder.
