Due to screen scrolling within Case Management, we demonstrated selecting preferences to show or not show certain Activity Feed elements to client (e.g., Case Events, Task Events, etc). Client tried and reported that preferences were not being saved and would have to be reset each time. Additionally they requested saving their preference of having the Activity Feed open or collapsed as well.
Found AWD-22913 - Ability to save user preferences for the activity feed settings. Their users always change their activity feed settings to remove system generated messages. They have to do this each time they log on since it doesn’t persist.
This Jira AWD-22913 does not specifically mention having the Activity Feed preference of collapsed or not collapsed, but would like to report this as another preference that needs to be saved.
