Currently in 20.3 when creating a new Case or Task then it requires user to select their name to complete.
It is desired that the user ID be defaulted to the person creating the Case. Same issue when Task is created.
CASE: When creating a new Case, user is presented with Owner Type and Owner to complete. Owner Type is default to User but the user entering the Case must find their name in drop-down list to create.
Request is to default to the user that is creating the Case. This will carry over to the Task which is what occurs today.
TASK: When creating a new task for a case, then have the same issue. You are prompted with several fields with Owner Type and Owner being required. Owner Type defaults to User in order to enter task but user must find their name in drop-down list to add task.
Request is to default to user that is creating the Task.
