Hi Tejaskumar,

We did some testing on this, and weren't able to recreate this issue. Can you provide us a bit more information, like what browser were you using, what program were you trying to copy & paste from? With a bit more info, we'll be able to look into this further.

Thank you,
Melanie
Follow these steps to reproduce. I'm using chrome latest version.
1.Take a screenshot using snipping tool. (It will be automatically copied in clipboard)
2.Open a Question text box in any community and just press ctr+v to paste your image in the text box area.
3.Now you'll see an image in the text box and it looks all good till here.
4.Now ad some text and post your question.
5,After posting you'll see only text and not image.

If you follow same for Open-ended discussion. Your final post will have both text and image.
Is there any update?

Hi Tejaskumar,

The team has tried to replicate this again, following the instructions you've included below, and we are able to post the image with no issues.

Some more questions to help us get to the bottom of this:
1) Are you adding the image to an original Q&A post or a comment on an existing Q&A post?
2) Are you able to post the image if you don't add text? Or does the image disappear either way?
3) Can you provide the link to a thread where this is happening?

Thank you,
Melanie
Hello @MelanieGiulian1,

Apologies for the delayed response. I retried today to reproduce this scenario and looks like it is working fine now. I tested with a question post and I'm able to paste images inside the textbox.

We are good to close this.

Thanks
