As I understood, you would like to have the user to receive a notification/acknowledgement email (where you can customize the text/images) after he/she has submitted an Interact form. This can be implemented in a Blue Prism process which gets items from the work queue.
An implementation example: once the process has got an item (using the Get Next Item action), it signals that the Digital Worker has received the content of a new Interact form submitted by a certain user. At this moment, an additional action can be inserted into the process for it to send a mail. This can be achieved using the Outlook VBO or the MAPIEx VBO. You will be able to customize the content of the email here.
