Possibility of Modification - Automatic Email Reply Submitted Form

After submitted a Interact Request, an automatic email is send with complete information of submitted request.

It would to be great have the ability to edit this email with some different contents, some text, images ...

Hi Ambrogio,

As I understood, you would like to have the user to receive a notification/acknowledgement email (where you can customize the text/images) after he/she has submitted an Interact form. This can be implemented in a Blue Prism process which gets items from the work queue.

An implementation example: once the process has got an item (using the Get Next Item action), it signals that the Digital Worker has received the content of a new Interact form submitted by a certain user. At this moment, an additional action can be inserted into the process for it to send a mail. This can be achieved using the Outlook VBO or the MAPIEx VBO. You will be able to customize the content of the email here.
