while hovering by mouse on the elements in order to spy it, the frame box is not appeared in the exact place

Hi Sam,
This usually happens due to incorrect resolution being set in your desktop as what Blue Prism would need to properly identify such elements. For my laptop the below resolution works as my laptop screen is of the same dimensions:

Also, ensure that the size of text, apps and other items is set to 100%.
Moreover, ensure that the browser resolution set at your machine is at 100% as well:

I'm trying to take a screenshot for the problem but the curser is not shown in screenshot
but If I want to spy username text file I need to put the cursor somewhere else rather than the box
