Hi Anki,
I think you'll have to provide more context to the question. Ultimately, I'd say it depends on the customers use case and the specific process. If it's a high-impact process (ex. something that's directly linked to revenue recognition like invoice processing) I'd say the expected service levels would be very short meaning the expectation is that the hosted solution would be back online very quickly. However, for a process that's doing some menial batch processing, you probably don't need recovery to be super fast.
