Hello friends,

We will be performing an upgrade on the SS&C Blue Prism Community today between 10:00am GMT/UTC and 12:00pm GMT/UTC. 

During this time, you may experience issues accessing some hyperlinks, and some navigation menus may not work correctly. The rest of the community, such as posting questions and answers, will be unaffected.

What are we up to?

We're making several accessibility and navigation improvements to the community. Once the upgrade is complete, you'll find our main navigation menu has changed, and we would love your feedback on the new structure.

Hello everyone!

Our update is complete, thanks for your patience. Here's what's new:

  • We've made big changes to our navigation menu in response to community member feedback. You'll find our main categories are now simpler, easier to understand and perform better with browser-based translation tools.
  • We've added a Product Roadmap section to the community, which you will need to be signed in as a validated customer, partner or member of staff to view. This section will be updated quarterly, starting in 2026, in-line with our regular roadmap updates.
  • We've added an easy way to see the latest product release announcements. Navigate to Product News & Updates > Latest Releases to see what's new.
  • We've added several direct links to the spaces that community members use the most - including to the Blue Prism University, Certifications, and the support ticketing system.
  • We've tweaked the User Groups page to include both local user groups (based around a specific city or country) and interest based user groups (based around a profession or industry). 
  • We renamed Community Blueprints to Use Cases to make it easier to understand what this space is. 

We'll have a few more accessibility focused tweaks arriving before the year end, including improvements to the performance of the post editor and better compatibility with accessibility tools used by community members with reduced sight and dexterity.
