Is it part of your short/mid range roadmap to have a native integration with some secret server vendors like Thycotic or CyberArk instead of using the internal BluePrism secret vault?

Note: We are aware that connectors (objects) already exists on DX for such an integration. But we are looking at a more OOTB (part of the product) integration.

Hi,

  1. Can you lay out the method used to prioritize enhancement requests on Studio?
  2. Do you have one team working on future technical enhancements only?
    Or do you also have a team working on picking up the slack from the Ideas section of the community?
  3. Can we finally expect enhancements to the community pages? (...see to the long list of community enhancement requests on Ideas)
    Or do the community pages remain as-is? (...as it has been for years now, further ignoring requests)

Hi Paul,

Thank for your suggestions and questions, I will include the 1st and 2nd question (first half) on the Q&A list for the webinars last week.

Point 2: The Ideas from the community are part of the product lifecycle process, and are reviewed bi-weekly and scored. I appreciate that we can improve the overall communication and visibility of the life of an idea, and this is something the team are working on. However, not every single idea is feasible or viable, as I am sure you can appreciate.

Point 3: The Community team reviews and reads all of the ideas as part of our continuously improvement process, alongside the results of the surveys and other feedback mechanisms we have. Some of the issues that have been raised around the experience and issues on this platform are sadly out of our control: we regularly feedback to the platform provider, and are always finding creative ways of addressing some of the concerns.

Please rest assured that nothing gets ignored purposefully, and that every individual on the team is passionate about amplifying the voice of users.

Morning @MarcSteben - your question was asked during this morning's session, and here was the answer provided by the product management team:
"We do not have short/mid plans to integrate with Secret Managements solutions out of the box, we will rely on DX assets to support such requirements for now. We are looking into offering these integrations longer term and we'll be focusing on the most frequently used/requested by our clients."

The product team leverages the Community Ideas as part of the product lifecycle and has a regular cadence of reviews for new ideas. ​If this is something you feel strongly about, would recommend you get your colleagues to upvote your idea for it to go through evaluation/scoring 🙂
