Hi folks, Due to a sudden rise in the popularity to launch ideas for the Chorus BPM product, I find it important for the continued use of the Ideation part of the community pages to be able not only to filter on Category, as we already can, but to automatically apply the filter every time I log into the Ideation pages. While Chorus BPM may be a product of particular interest to many, I have no clue what it is or does, nor am I interested to know about it. These new Chorus BPM ideas do however currently block the view of the first six or so Ideation pages, forcing me and everybody else to either click my way past it or apply my Category filter - EVERY TIME. The category filter typically favored by me would be:
...and I would like to see the categories chosen to be automatically applied every times I visit these pages. As everybody needs to login to get to this page, I guess fixing this hiccup would be far from rocket science - but that's my opinion. Keeping in mind BP started out as a company to automate repetitive tasks, hopefully this can be implemented as soon as humanly possible... Hi Team, Currently on the profile page of our Blue Prism community account, we get a summary section where we can see our total contributions, recommends, replies to post and so on but we do not have any option to view the best answers count that we have received till date. As a contributor in the community, I feel like getting the view on this parameter is the most important statistics out of all so that we can analyze our strong areas and weak areas accordingly and try to work on them accordingly.

We have great learning courses on our BP university and i see a value if we enable our community\industry also to upload the technical videos there (after careful reviewing ofcourse). Industry experts like me , we face a lot of challenges and learnings in day to day job and it will be great to post them as a clip or video on university itself. It will help us in growing our university and courses to a very huge level as we will allow them to create courses of there learning and experiences from which others will learn and grow.

Ask Me Anything hosted by the MVPs every few months. Sessions where we simply meet , talk , discuss (like our normal zoom\teams call ) where everyone is allowed to have a chit chat .We(MVPs) started as a normal community user first and thus there is a connect which we hold with our other community members who might be wishing to become the upcoming MVPs ! They should love to interact with us on a platform where they are open to ask anything , normal chit chats with MVPs and so.

Today, it is possible to continue any old thread by adding comments, alternative solutions, or even by embedding new questions. With the footer of each thread nowadays enhanced with a selection of related threads on the same or similar subject, it would be in the interest of all to close a thread for further conversations once it has been resolved. Could a 'Close Thread' button be added to allow the owner, or a BP moderator, to close the thread?

When I provide an answer to a community thread, it automatically changes from 'to be followed' to 'following'. You can see this by the star now being displayed in the community page. Sometimes I may also mark a thread as 'Following' because I have a similar issue and want to see where the thread leads. I can however not select the threads I follow as this option is not provided on the community page:

Lots of people are putting question and answer on daily basis and due to this conversation people getting ans of question or some additional knowledge. I noticed that after getting answer or suggestion on that question...the person who raised that question not giving clarity or reply with saying "Got answer for my question" so other people can trust on that solution or answer. I think we should add one button that will put "got answer for my question" and it also we can give rating between 1 to 5 who provide the answer or solution. Thanks Nilesh

I like the new look and feel of the pages when submitting a case / ticket to the customer support.
However the text box where I can describe my case is just about 5 lines high. It becomes quite difficult to keep the overview when adding pictures, sections ... and then remembered something that should be added at the beginning.
A little bit better is the text box for submitting Ideas in the community portal. Here is the possibility to increase the size of the editor but only vertical but not horizontal.
In both cases it would be great to have the option to resize the text box horizontally and vertically
I could not fined a category in the drop down box that would fit Portal so I chose Community even it also addresses the customer / service portal

Whenever I filter on Idea, I need to manually hit the Apply Filters button all the time. Can't we set this to automatic, as soon as user clicks any dropdown option page should refresh automatically with relevant results. Thanks

I understand UI/UX changes are in pipeline for native BP application but I was thinking of having dark theme on BP Community as well. Since this is web based portal it should be pretty easy option to start implementing dark mode in BP Community. User can have a toggle in profile dropdown to prefer White/Dark mode in BP Community. This will enhance readability(Specially in night time) and it will be less eye straining as well, because we read a lot on BP Community. Thanks

Hey, I have noticed that I can recommend BP communities posts and comment on them. But when today i wanted to share one of the BP DX community's post with my colleagues, I have to copy/paste the content from the post and url also. Hence this can be improved simply when user will be allowed to share BP communities posts on social sites like linkedin and through emails etc. So different buttons (for linkedin, email etc) to share posts must be available on each posts posted in BP communities. So I think the community could have a button to select the display mode, like light or dark, it would be useful nowadays for everything to be customized, even thinking about the issue of add, include, add dark mode and contrast mode.
