This idea applies to the Ideation page.  When I hover my cursor over any name on the Ideation page, the author's name and some details pop up. When I want to browse the details of an idea, I have to click it to go to the details page. As most idea description texts are too long to be shown in the overview page, 10 outa 10 cases you have to click to the details page.  Could a similar hover-functionality as above be implemented on the description text for an idea? ... I would like to suggest what if we can have virtual conference(By developers, for developers.) atleast once a year (based on interest we can increase schedules) where more developers can gather around the world at the same time and share their ideas,use cases,challenges, best practices,can have competition/hackathon/Bootcamp etc. where there is no time zone bar, where everybody gets chance to collaborate we can have session across 24hrs -48 hrs or depending on the interest ... On occasion, threads drop into the community in another language than English. I have recently seen a few in Spanish. In order for these to have a larger audience than only the Spanish speaking part of our community, wouldn't it be nice to be able to translate the thread to say English. This works two ways, as even the Spanish speakers amongst us would be benefitting from having English threads translated to Spanish. The simplest way to do that would be deploying Google Translate on thread level, but obviously there are other options. And yes, I am aware that Google's (or other's) translations are not always the best, I use them on all my sites, but they are much better than trying to understand or write in a language that you hardly know.  And yes, I am aware that most of us could copy and paste the foreign language text into a separate instance of the translator, unfortunately, not everybody is allowed to use that tool at work. The Ideation page allows for Liking or Unliking a proposal. From what I've understood, you need a certain number of Likes for BP to consider the proposal to be implemented. Unsure if the threshold is 10 or 15 likes. With the introduction of Unlikes, I assume it is the sum of +Likes and -Unlikes that have to reach the threshold set by BP. The Unlike button made me wonder as to why it was there - are we trying to mimic a Facebookean popularity contest? I certainly hope not and therefor hope the Unlike button will be removed. If it does stay however (depending on the number of likes on my proposal :-), I'd prefer to have motivated Unlikes. In our BP email details we have buttons to go to the next or previous email. In the ideation details we have no such thing and instead have to go back to the ideation pages and click the next idea to browse it for merit. Can we have Next and Previous buttons on the details screen for Idea's?
