Blue prism is not interacting with desktop application

Dear Experts,

I am trying to automate one desktop application but in application wizard BP is able to launch the application but not able to spy anything inside the application in any mode.

Can you please suggest what are the possible trouble shooting steps I can do resolve this issue.

Hi @Saurabh Sahu,

Did you checked with all possible mode of spy like windows , region with desktop application automation.
