Blueprism integration with PowerBI

I have a usecase on login to powerBI and simply refresh the particular report and then publish it.

my question is how to connect a particular report and spy element in powerbi.

Try to use the Power BI API to make the update request. I believe it will work well. https://learn.microsoft.com/pt-br/rest/api/power-bi/reports/update-report-content

I recommending selecting the right tool for the job.  This sounds like extreamly low ROI single button click task automation within the Microsoft toolset rather than RPA process automation.  PowerAutomate was made for this and I think most people within Blue Prism would probably agree that is the right tool for what you describe.   I did a google search for "powerautomate cloud flow powerbi refresh" and it turned up something that might do what you need or similar (if not I am sure a bit more searching will solve your problem).
