i have create some robot in blueprism , but one of them can't work when the screen is lock.
how can i save this problem?

BP isn't intended to run with a locked screen.

If you are using a virtual machine, then the screen lock should be disabled by IT. The virtual environment should be secure, so there is no need for the screen lock (which is intended for humans who wander away from their desks).

If you are using a physical machine and the screen lock cannot be disabled, then the digital worker (robot) will have to prevent the lock from arriving by manipulating the desktop like a human user would. There are various ways to do this - using global mouse clicks or keystrokes in one of you applications, or even using a VBO to attach to explorer.exe and manipulating the Windows desktop in some way, eg pressing the Start button to open an close the Windows menu.

the robot is in the control room , i thinx when a robot is in the control room we don't need to unlock a scren to work normaly

i use rebot in the control room , the other robot work correctly when her time arrive to work , but this robot did not work.

Is this for development just for practice or are you talking about a Production environment? We can give suggestion after suggestion all day, and that's fine, but I want to make sure first. The screen locking and causing issues is a super common problem, and typically it is solved by one of the following: (1) using the Login Agent VBO's action for unlocking a screen before working, (2) having your IT admins change the machine itself or the group policy it is in to not lock the screen, or  (3) running a script such as in PowerShell to keep the machine "awake" so the screen does not lock.
